Danny Gur is passionate about working with adolescents and adults to help them tackle anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, elimination disorders, difficulties with executive functioning, emotional dysregulation, LGBTQ-related stressors, difficulties with interpersonal functioning, and habit reversal. Danny takes a warm and collaborative approach to addressing these difficulties through evidence-based treatments, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Independence-Focused Therapy.
Danny earned his M.S. in Applied Psychology and is currently completing his doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Long Island University, Post. His undergraduate degrees in Clinical Psychology and Child Studies and Human Development are from Tufts University.
